Job description:
• Answers customer phone calls and follows script but adjusts according to situation.
• Gather data on consumers (birthdate, full name, email address, and phone number) without being pushy.
• Entertaining customers on the phone or in person.
• Inputs data into excel after conversations
• Handles social media for the restaurant- follows content calendar and posts scheduled pictures with Gusto-esque captions
• Replies to any inquiries on social media
No real experience is necessary, as long as you can do the things listed above well.
