Major Responsibilities:
• Undertake the day to day Call center operations
• Manage the flow of information with the customers
• Follow up and provide appropriate response to customer’s request and quires
• Prepare timely report and submit to pertinent project manager on time
• Work closely with immediate supervisors
• Other duties as assigned

Qualification: Degree in Business Administration, Management or Secretarial Service & Office Management
Experience: 0 to 1 years’ experience only
Skill: Good Communication skill, Usage of Mobile Apps and Technology savvy
