Job Requirements
Education background
- Masters or Bachelor’s degree in wood technology, Architecture, or another related field.
Relevant Experience
- 6+ years of Previous experience with furniture manufacturing, among which 3 years in management.
Additional Skill
- Customer service, organizational skills and strong work ethic determining quality control standards
- overseeing production processes re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
- selecting, ordering, and purchasing materials
- organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
- supervising and managing the work of junior staff
- organizing relevant training sessions .
