Description: To prepare a yearly academic calendar and get the approval of the academic commission.
To schedule and coordinate the registration of students every semester.
To issue student ID cards according to the college’s rules and regulations.
To prepare graduate lists and get the approval of the academic committee.
To ensure the security and protection of student performance records in the college.
To issue diplomas, student copy, grades reports and official transcripts.
To serve the technical and academic standards committee as a secretary and maintain the minutes of it in the college.
To prepare the academic rules and regulations of the college and implement the same when approved by the academic committee.
To ensure that the college academic staff are working according to the academic rules and regulations
Any other activities assigned by his/her immediate supervisor
Qualification and Experience
BA/BSc and above in Economics, Statistics, Computer science, IT, MIS and related
4 Years and above directly related experience in Registrar Office
Skills and Abilities
• Good English language communication proficiency
• Excellent computer application skills (excel, word PPT)
