Job Description
Major duties and responsibilities of the Deputy Manager
- Report to the General Manger
- Oversees all aspects of operations, including managing employees, planning projects, and making sure that everything runs smoothly
- Develop new strategies or take initiatives to help grow the business
- Ensure each department meets its goals ad objectives by setting standards and monitoring performance
- Make sure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and a standard quality.
- Make sure that all company policies and procedures are followed by employees at all times
- Evaluate the performance of department heads, coordinators and supervisors
- Establish policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Manage employees, and hire new staff together with the other SMT members
- Develop mechanisms to manage and maintain clients
- Develop strategic plan of the company together with other staff
- Deliver counseling and training services
- Undertake assignments or tasks given to him/her by the General Manager

Job Requirements
Qualification
- MA Degree in Counseling psychology or Clinical Psychology or Developmental psychology or social psychology
Work Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in related fields
Other requirements
- Knowledge and experience in application of international technical guidelines and standards to carry out Mental Health and Psycho-social services.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing psycho-social training programs and in delivering counseling services.
