Description: We are a finishing and interior design company looking for an architect with the following competencies.
Academic Background: – BSc in Architecture
Required software skills: – CANDIDATES should have good working knowledge of the following software’s
3DsMax _ V-ray rendering, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk AutoCAD, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop _ Post production
Experience: -3 year and above on interior design is mandatory
REQUIRED SKILL
- Candidates should be self-sufficient and work independently.
-Candidates should be able to prepare bill of quantities for the design works to determine basic cost of the projects and prepare preliminary execution schedule for the construction
• Candidates should be able to produce 3D models, working drawings, specifications, illustrations, animations and other tasks as delegated by the company.
• Candidates should have a good experience on space planning, interior design & presentation, etc…
• Candidates are also required to have working knowledge on Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines to prepare detail drawings as well as working drawings. - Candidates should have adequate knowledge of building materials which will be used for architectural and interior design works
Candidates should Manage project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.
