Responsibilities
- Handling both in-bound & outbound calls from prospective customers.
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system.
- Ask relevant questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
- Keep records of calls.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales target.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated.
- Persuasively engage the customer in conversation to explain how our service will add value to their lives and meet their needs.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Requirements
- minimum of 1 year experience in telemarketing and indoor sales.
- Patient and able to handle customers.
- Excellent communication.
- Working knowledge Of telephone systems.
- Amharic and English language speaking & listening is mandatory.
