Reuters reports that a conflict has erupted in Khartoum, the capital of Sudan.
The gun shot is between Rapid Sudan forces and the soldiers of the Sudanese national army.
According to Reuters, citing eyewitnesses, the shooting started minutes ago and the residents of the city were shocked by the incident.
The shooting is taking place in different areas of Khartoum and the sound of heavy weapons is heard.
Discussions have been going on to establish a civilian government in Sudan, and no agreement has been reached on the date of the integration of the Sudanese rapid forces into the national army.
Recently, the country’s defense spokesman said that, Sudan is at a historical turning point and worried that Khartoum may enter into a democratic or civil war.
