1. Senior Technical Assistance – WASH / Engineering
Location: Seharti and Tseada Amba Woredas, Tigray
Qualifications:
- Education: BSc or Diploma in Hydraulics, Sanitary, or Water Resource Engineering from a recognized university.
- Experience:
- 3 years of relevant work experience for degree holders
- 5 years of relevant work experience for diploma holders
- Skills:
- Relevant experience in WASH activities in community, health institutions, and schools for both emergency and development settings
- Proficiency in technical skills and computer software, including practical knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Excellent written and spoken English

2. Technical Assistance – WASH / Hygiene Promotion
Location: Hawzen and Samre Woredas, Tigray
Qualifications:
- Education: BSc or Diploma in Environmental Health or Public Health
- Experience:
- 3 years of relevant work experience for degree holders
- 5 years of relevant work experience for diploma holders
- 2 years of experience in hygiene behavior change communication and in INGO development programs in rural and remote environments in Ethiopia (preferred)
- Skills:
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Fluency in the local language (Tigrigna) is mandatory
- Experience in providing training and capacity building for staff
- Ability to understand and respect the cultural, religious, and political environment and to work well with staff and local authorities diplomatically
