1. Job Title: Child Protection Officer

Location: Ziquala and Sekota

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Minimum BA/BSC in Sociology, Social Work, Health and Nutrition, Food Security, or related fields.
    • Minimum of 2 years of related work experience, preferably with an NGO.
  • Skills:
    • Relevant training and/or experience in child protection, emergency response, case management, MHPSS, SGBV, etc.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
    • Good knowledge of the intervention areas.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information:

  • Hardship allowance: 50% of the basic salary for female staff, 40% for male staff.

2. Job Title: Social Behavioural Change Officer

Location: Woldia Field Office (serving Wadla and Angot Woredas)

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • First degree in Public Health, Health Education, Social Psychology, Health Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience and Skills:
    • Minimum of 2 years in managing and implementing SBC projects focused on immunization and child health.
    • Formal training and understanding of behavior change and social change theories and frameworks.
    • Practical experience in designing, planning, implementing, and evaluating behavioral interventions.
    • Experience in vaccine demand-related programming is highly desirable.
    • Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills.
    • Experience in coordinating technical support for immunization communication TWGs at various levels.
    • Proven ability to organize and facilitate training and capacity-building activities.
    • Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with technical working groups and government partners.
    • Results-oriented with the ability to challenge existing mindsets and approaches.
    • Excellent communication skills, including group facilitation, workshop organization, and presentation abilities.
    • Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, and other data tools.

3. Job Title: Consultant (Invitation to a Consulting Firm)

Location: Addis Ababa

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Economics (Labour Economics, Development Economics), Agricultural Economics, Entrepreneurship, Development Studies, Business Management, Sociology, or Social Work.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 6 years of practical experience in designing and conducting studies such as gender-sensitive labor/enterprise market assessments in conflict-affected areas.
    • Proven research and economic analysis experience.
    • Extensive understanding of workforce development, labor market dynamics, entrepreneurship, and value chain sectors.
    • Experience with vulnerable populations (IDPs, returnees, migrant children, adolescents, and youth).

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience and Skills:
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in a humanitarian or development context.
    • Strong knowledge of warehouse management principles and practices.
    • Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Experience with WFP and/or Save the Children logistics and supply chain procedures is an advantage.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
