1. Job Title: Grant and Compliance Coordinator
- Location: Addis Ababa
- Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of progressive experience in non-profit organizations, specifically INGOs.
- Mandatory experience managing USAID, Shell, and EU grants for at least two consecutive years.
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Compensating education and experience can be considered.
- Proficiency with computerized general ledger software.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written English skills.
- Prior grant management experience is a plus.

2. Job Title: Project Officers
- Location: Dollo Ado
- Qualifications:
- BSc in NRM, Agriculture, Forestry, Rural Development, Development Studies, Cooperative Management, Agriculture Economics, or related field.
- Knowledge in cooperatives management, smallholder support, soil and water conservation, landscape management, financial inclusion, and livelihood development.
- Three years of experience in cooperatives development, agriculture, NRM, and livelihood development in similar organizations.
- Prior experience with pastoralist communities, particularly in the Somali region of Ethiopia.
- Effective verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in areas with variable security.
- Success Factors:
- Fluent in English and Somali (reading, listening, speaking, and writing).
- Business-minded, entrepreneurial, adaptive, curious, and problem-solving oriented.
- Tolerant, flexible, and able to work in difficult environments.

3. Job Title: Senior Nutrition and SBCC Advisor
- Location: Addis Ababa
- Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Nutrition, Public Health, or related field.
- At least five years of relevant work in nutrition and/or food security program development.
- Extensive knowledge of development nutrition and SBCC programmatic approaches.
- Experience with nutrition-sensitive and specific activities, including the first 1000 days.
- Experience in setting up and supporting mother support groups, male champion groups, and school health clubs.
- Knowledge of WASH approaches in development settings.
- Solid research background and strong writing skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with multi-disciplinary technical specialists.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities.
- Fluency in English and at least one other local language spoken in pastoral Ethiopia.
- Experience with USAID agreements and compliance issues.
- Ability to manage and communicate effectively with diverse team members.
- Flexibility and creativity in planning and problem-solving.
- Experience with host governments, national and international NGOs.
- Internationally recognized qualification in project or program management or commitment to obtain it early in the job.
- Willingness to support field teams in Afar, Oromiya, and Somali regions extensively.
