1. Senior ICT and GIS Specialist
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, ICT, or related fields.
- 10 years of professional experience in data and information management systems and analysis.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Cultural awareness and ability to work in international environments with diverse backgrounds.
- Strong results orientation with the ability to challenge existing mindsets.
- Experience in solving complex issues and presenting information succinctly.
- Willingness to adapt work practices in emergencies.

2. Child Protection Officer
Location: Afar Region (Erebti & Berahlel)
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Health, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an NGO, preferably in community-based child protection projects.
- Knowledge of Child Protection Minimum Standards, Child Protection in Humanitarian Action, and national child wellbeing systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and coach.
- Cultural awareness and ability to work with diverse communities, particularly pastoralist groups.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in process improvement and monitoring quality standards.
- Fluency in Afar Affe and English (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
- Commitment to Save the Children’s values and proven teamwork experience.
