- Location: Nekemte
- Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 11 years of experience in digital banking business and product development within a commercial bank.
- At least 5 years in a middle management role.
- Behavioral Competencies:
- Strong leadership abilities to foster teamwork, develop and motivate staff, resolve conflicts, and provide strategic direction.
- Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to create strategies that drive business success.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to develop proposals, concept papers, and reports.
