1. MERL Coordinator
- Location: Yabello, Borena
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) in an NGO, preferably in the humanitarian sector.
- Proven experience in establishing and managing MERL systems, including feedback mechanisms, recording databases, and accountability reports.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ICT.
- Experience in humanitarian contexts is preferred.
- Fluency in English and knowledge of Afan Oromo required.

2. Safety and Security Manager
- Location: Addis Ababa
- Qualifications:
- Degree in any field with at least 7 years of experience in safety and security management, including 3 years in a managerial role, preferably with INGOs.
- Strong communication skills and ability to develop effective working relationships.
- Training in safety and security management is required.

3. Influencing and Advocacy Manager
- Location: Addis Ababa
- Qualifications:
- BA or Master’s degree in Political Science, International Relations, Law, Development Studies, Communications, Social Science, or a related field. Advanced training in advocacy, public policy, or human rights is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in humanitarian contexts and within an international NGO or multilateral organization preferred.
- Proven success in developing and implementing advocacy strategies and campaigns at national or regional levels.
- Strong skills in policy analysis, lobbying, and engagement with government officials, donors, and civil society.
