Plan International is seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:
1. Child Protection in Emergency (CPiE) Manager
Location: Gambella
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred) in Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, Community Development, Law, Political Science, or related fields.
– Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years with NGOs.
– Fluency in English is essential.
– Knowledge of Amharic and other local languages is highly desirable.

2. Economic Strengthening Specialist
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree or higher in International Development or a related field (preferred).
– At least 5 years of experience in economic strengthening/empowerment programming.
– Strong experience and knowledge in enterprise development, particularly SMEs.
– Previous experience working with USAID is preferred.
– Ability to initiate and organize work, establish priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with attention to detail.
