      Plan International seeks a dynamic leader to serve as COP for USAID’s Worker Wellness Alliance (WWA) program. The COP will oversee a multi-regional project (Sidama, Oromia, Tigray, and Amhara) that supports female factory workers and expands economic opportunities for local communities. Responsibilities include strategic planning, technical guidance, and managing a team of 20+ staff.
