Job Summary
Reviews the company’s financial statements, documents, data, and accounting entries and gather information from a company’s financial reporting systems, account balances, cash flow statements, income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and internal control systems.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Evaluate financial documents for accuracy and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
- Regulations identify the financial risk of the organization and offer recommendations to reduce risk.
- Identify accounting and financial record-keeping processes that can be improved
- Determine ways to cut costs and improve profitability
- Assess the efficiency and productivity of internal staff and make recommendations for improvement
- Present findings to upper management in the form of reports and presentations
- Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions

Qualifications Required
Education
- BA / MA/ in Accounting/ Auditing or Finance field of study
Experience
- 4 years for BA or 2 years for MA relevant work experience in manufacturing Industry
Other Personal Attributes
- Knowledge of country financial regulation, Risk Management Analysis and solution suggestion.
