A day after the farewell program for the former Minister of the Ethiopian Ministry of Revenue (MoR), Mr. Lake Ayalew, a new governor for the institution was appointed
The inauguration ceremony for the honorable Mrs. Aynalem Nigusie, who served as the Vice President of the University of Wollo, the Minister of State for the Ministry of Agriculture and the Economic Cluster Coordinator in the Amhara Region, was held amidst the presence of management executives of the MoR and Customs Commission.
During the program, Ato Lake sent a message to the institute’s senior management and staff to work responsibly and sincerely alongside the new ministry to achieve Ethiopia’s vision of covering its own expenses with its own income by 2022E.C and to efficiently carry out the institute’s plan to collect more than ETB450 billion in the fiscal year 2015E.C.
