The Ethiopian team won third place in the Africa final of the ICT competition in Tunisia. The Huawei ICT competition global final was held from March 5 to 8, 2024, in Tunisia, amongst 90 students from nine countries, namely Ethiopia, Mali, Cameroon, Senegal, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Egypt, and Morocco. An Ethiopian team with three students in a computing truck won third place, following Morocco and Tunisia.
