Ethiopian Civil Aviation Authority Issues License to New Airline

Air Express Africa Plc, a privately owned company, received its air transport service license from the Ethiopian civil aviation industry regulator on Friday. The authority said the license was issued after the company successfully completed the registration process, involving five phases. These phases are pre-application, formal application, Document evaluation and Inspection and finally Certification.
