European Union announces 800,000 People died in Ethiopia's civil war. The head of the European Union's foreign affairs and security policy, Joseph Borrell, said that nearly 800,000 people have died due to the war in northern Ethiopia. According to his post on his Twitter page, "We need to investigate the humanitarian crises that have not received the proper attention", he said.
