Addis Ababa University (AAU) announced that it has received 30 modern digital braille devices, each worth $5,000, totaling $150,000. The university signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the South Korea International Cooperation Agency to collaborate on this initiative. According to the agreement, AAU will receive an additional 30 digital braille devices as part of the support. These modern devices will assist visually impaired undergraduate and graduate students in their studies by leveraging technology.
