About the USAID Response Leadership Activity Fellowship Program The USAID Response Leadership Activity Fellowship Program is a two-year program that aims to enhance the next generation of disaster risk management (DRM) professionals in Ethiopia. Over 300 fellows from our first two cohorts were placed in hosting government organizations at various levels. We're excited to welcome 150 new fellows graduated from partner universities within the past three years, regardless of race, ethnicity, age, religion, geographic location, socioeconomic status, disability, or gender identity.
