US President Joe Biden nominates new Washington ambassador to Ethiopia. President Joe Biden has nominated Ervin Jose Massinga, a Career Member of the Senior Foreign Service, to be U.S. ambassador to Ethiopia, the White House said in its statement. If approved by the sennet, Massinga will come to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia as a US Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the US which is left vacant for nearly a year.
