Moneta is a digital wallet and mobile wallet operator. It aims to deliver a collusive service to the
end customer; enabling them to access aggregated services at the Point-of-Sales (POS) from
their banks, mobile operator, third-party service providers, and merchants at a single point of
service. Moneta platform provides consumers, merchants and banks with aggregated digital
content in the form of event and entertainment tickets, eVoucher, airtime, supplier orders,
utility payment, bankcard acquiring service and loyalty programs.

A Channel Manager is responsible for managing and creating a sustaining relationship,
contracting, establishing and keep a good working rapport with corporate customers, manage
the sales work force to meet their target working with various departments and dealing with
channel programs. He/she communicates well with clients about products and offered services.
He/she works with marketing and promotion department along with the product manager to
increase sales through events and other activities, as well as expand relationships of existing

Job Responsibilities
A Channel Manager is responsible for improving customer consumption; planning and
implementing customer presentations, overseeing account profiles, monitoring competitor
activity, manage all communications with the HQ, creating plans for growing market share and
communicating channel activities. A Channel Manager constantly learns different sales
techniques and information on new products relevant to his/her industry.
The Channel Manager has responsibility in planning and communicating in designated channel.
He directs and commercializes activities, making sure that propositions are ‘ready-to sell’ and
executed on schedule.

Education and Training Requirements
A Channel Manage must have degree in business or sales management. The course should
focus on marketing, advertising and business. He/she must have a minimum of two years’

experience in overseeing channel partnerships, efficient presentation skills. He /she should
have knowledge in using different software.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements
A Channel Manage is well encouraged, possesses leadership skills and suggests ideas for the
company’s development. They are able to direct a channel with multiple accounts and partners.
They promote teamwork and camaraderie amongst staff. They are able to communicate well
and document reports. They possess good interpersonal relationship towards co-worker.
