Description: Customer Service Agent Job description
Our company is looking for a customer service agent who provides customer service in accordance with a mindset that accurately registers customer information process payment for services and provides a receipt.

Duties and Responsibilities
Schedule patient appointments based on arrival and assign a physician
Assign patients rooms for admission and process discharge
Print patients’ results and medical requests are given to patients based on their need
Reply to phone calls, SMS, Telegram, & email according to the protocol
Receive payment by cash, check or credit
Process deposits for in-patients
accurately process sales using cash registers, scanners or equipment
balance sales and receipts according to company procedure
maintain accurate records of transactions
provide answers to Service and payment-related queries

Education & Qualification
At Least Grade 12th and at most BA in accounting and finance.
Basic mathematical Knowledge.
Skill and competence
communication skills
information processing ability
numeracy skills
ability to operate relevant electronic equipment -can be trained on the job
Basic Computer skill
accuracy and attention to detail
problem-solving skills
strong customer service skills
ability to work independently
integrity and honesty
