Ethiopian Airlines celebrates 50th years of flights to China

The airline started its service in February 1973 by making the first Chinese flight to Shanghai, and since October 1973, it has continued to serve by changing its destination to Beijing.

Ethiopian Airlines currently operates 66 weekly flights to 10 Chinese cities with 5 passenger and 9 cargo regular flights.

Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Wuhan, Changsha, Xiamen, Chengdu and Hong Kong are the Chinese cities that Ethiopian Airlines flies to.

Ethiopian Airlines, Africa’s largest aviation institution, has more than 200 international destinations.

Founded in 1945, Ethiopian Airlines celebrated its 75th anniversary a year ago and has won several international aviation awards.

The airline has more than 135 modern aircraft and has signed an agreement with Airbus and Boeing companies to purchase 68 new aircraft.
