The Ethiopian Premier League 2023/24 draws has been revealed in Addis Ababa.
The opening game is going to be between Humbericho Durame FC and Diredawa city FC.
Shashemene city FC will play against Wolayita Dicha, Hawassa city will play against Fasil city on October 1, 2023.
Adama City will play against Ethiopia Commercial Bank, Ethiopia Madhin against Bahirdar, Sidama Coffee against Ethiopia Coffee, Hadiya Hosa’ena against Mechal ( Defense) in the first week of the Premier League.
Ethiopian Premier League Company Manager Mr. Kifle Seife said at the draw ceremony that, he wished the football clubs to have a good year of tournament.
The manager stated that, Betking held the naming rights of the Ethiopian Premier League in the last year tournament year.
The manager apologized for the delay of the 2022/23 players and coaches award and it will be held on August 19, 2023.
In 2022/23 Betiking Ethiopia Premier League, Saint George football club won the title with 64 points, while Bahirdar city FC finished with 60 points and Ethiopia Insurance FC finished the season with 49 points.
