- Job Title: Senior Humanitarian Resource Manager
- Location: Mekele
- Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Disaster Management, International Development, or a related field of study.
- Five years of experience in emergency programming, disaster management, rural livelihood programs, food security interventions, Protection, WASH, and/or nutrition, and program management.
- Proficiency in verbal and written English, proposal development, strategic and operational planning, budget planning and management, monitoring and evaluation, and report writing.
- Proficiency in standard office software packages.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to inspire and empower others.
- Good interpersonal communication skills and the ability to effectively liaise with government, community leaders, and other stakeholders.
- Firm belief in teamwork, gender equality, and a conceptual understanding of participatory approaches and sustainable development.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledgeable in participatory planning.
- Understanding of the importance of gender, youth, and social inclusion.
- Demonstrated commitment to principles of gender, equity, diversity, inclusion, and PSHEA (safeguarding) through previous positions or programming experience.
