Qualifications:
- Education:
- Minimum BA/BSC in Sociology, Social Work, Health and Nutrition, Food Security, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience, preferably with an NGO.

- Relevant training and/or experience in child protection, emergency response, case management, MHPSS, SGBV, etc.

2. Job Title: Social Behavioural Change Officer
Location: Woldia Field Office (serving Wadla and Angot Woredas)
Qualifications:
- Education:
- First degree in Public Health, Health Education, Social Psychology, Health Communication, or a related field.
- Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years in managing and implementing SBC projects focused on immunization and child health.
- Formal training and understanding of behavior change and social change theories and frameworks.
- Practical experience in designing, planning, implementing, and evaluating behavioral interventions.
- Experience in vaccine demand-related programming is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills.
- Experience in coordinating technical support for immunization communication TWGs at various levels.
- Proven ability to organize and facilitate training and capacity-building activities.
- Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with technical working groups and government partners.
- Results-oriented with the ability to challenge existing mindsets and approaches.
- Excellent communication skills, including group facilitation, workshop organization, and presentation abilities.
