Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Social Science, Development Economics, Rural Development, Development Studies, Agribusiness Management, or a related field.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year for MA holders, 2 years for BA holders, and 5 years for diploma holders as a business trainer and service provider.
- Proven abilities in livelihood-related activity implementation.
- Knowledge and experience in sustainable livelihoods and resilience programs.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize and deliver on time.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- NGO experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Experience in facilitating training, developing lesson plans, and technical skills in business training.
- Ability to transfer knowledge through training, mentoring, presentations, and reporting.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and empower small to medium enterprises.
- Self-motivated with good organizational and planning skills.
- Understanding of gender and power protection issues.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of local languages is advantageous.

Qualifications:

- Advanced MS Excel and Math skills.
- At least 6 years of experience in program management, grants management, proposal/business development/design.
- At least 4 years of managerial experience.

- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and cultural skills.
