Job Purpose:

Qualifications:

Support local health offices and health centers in conducting nutrition screening activities and ensuring functional referral pathways between communities and healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct nutrition screenings in collaboration with local health offices.

- Support community mobilization efforts for nutrition awareness.
Qualifications:
- BSc degree in Public Health, Clinical Nursing, or Nutrition from an accredited institution.
- 3+ years of experience with emergency nutrition programs in an NGO setting.
- Training in acute malnutrition, IMAM, and Family MUAC approach.
3. Job Title: Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI) Officer

Job Overview:
The EPI Officer will be responsible for community-based surveillance of vaccine-preventable diseases, coordinating with health workers and volunteers to improve treatment-seeking behaviors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee community-based surveillance for vaccine-preventable and zoonotic diseases.
- Coordinate with health staff and community stakeholders to improve immunization coverage and disease reporting.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Public Health, Nursing, or Health Officer qualification.
- 2+ years of experience in immunization programs or PHEM, especially in an NGO setting.
- Strong project management and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Skills:
- Project management, analytical thinking, time management, and problem-solving.
- Experience with EPI and disease surveillance is a plus.
