Description: On behalf of our client, Tadkob PLC, we are looking for successful candidate to fill the position of Branch Manager to be located around Kality, Addis Ababa
Job brief
Tadkob PLC a Battery & Tire trading company is looking for a motivated and experienced Branch Manager for its Kality location. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively.
Responsibilities
• Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand branch traffic and optimize profitability
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete branch administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding branch condition and visual merchandising standards
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
• Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance
• Additional branch manager duties as needed

• Proven successful experience as a retail manager/branch manager
• Powerful leading skills and business orientation
• Customer management skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering or in any business files
- 5-year Experience in branch management or customer service preferably in a similar sector
- Excellent English Language skill (Don’t apply if you are not comfortable with your language)
- Location: Kality, Addis Ababa
