Ethiopian airlines announce digitalization of its Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility. The renovation makes Ethiopian airlines MRO the first in Africa and one of the few organizations next to Qantas and KLM in the world to have a digitalized hangar and line task accomplishment. Ethiopian Airlines is set to bolster its South American schedule by adding more flights to São Paulo and Buenos Aires, according to a report. The report, issued by online aviation news outlet Simple Flying, came days after the airlines announced it would start additional flights to/from Washington, D.C. via Lomé starting from June 1.
