Equatorial Guinea’s Minister of Mines and Petroleum Gabriel Mbaga Obiang has arrived in Addis Ababa on Sunday for a working visit. The two countries held initial talks on partnership when a high-level Ethiopian delegation, led by Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed, went to Malabo for the AU Extraordinary Summit fortnights ago.
