One of Chinese giant cement organization, Sinoma international company expresses its interest to build a cement factory in Ethiopia. Ethiopia's ambassador to China, Tefera Derbe, discussed with Mr. Lu Yan, the chairman of Sinoma International Company and the executive director of CNBM Institute, and his colleagues.
