State Minister Ambassador. Mesganu Conferred with Acting WFP Ethiopia Representative. Ambassador Mesganu Arga, State Minister for Political and Economic Diplomacy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, hosted Chris Nikoi, Acting Country Representative for the World Food Program (WFP) in Ethiopia, at his office today (30 August). Ambassador Mesganu commended WFP’s humanitarian assistance to people affected by both man-made and natural disasters in Ethiopia over the years.
