Generals and senior officers of the Eritrean Defense Forces visited Ethiopia.
Eritrean military delegation visited the Ethiopian Artificial Intelligence Institute, the capacity of the artificial intelligence technology infrastructure and the ongoing research and development activities in Addis Ababa.
The Director General of the Ethiopian Artificial Intelligence Institute, Worku Gachna, the institute announced that they gave a briefing to the team members about the technological works being carried out by the institute.
General Abraha Kasa, coordinator of the Eritrean army generals and senior military leaders group, said that, their visit to the institute gave them a lot of experience for their country.
The general added that, a visit where Ethiopia and Eritrea realized that there is an opportunity to work together in the field of technology.
Ethiopia and Eritrea entered into a bloody war 20 years ago and 200 thousand citizens died on both sides.
The two countries have come out of peace and non-war relations five years ago and have entered into peaceful relations.
